What is Portrait Art???

Everything starts with a photograph!!! Creating Portrait Art is my favorite thing to do and I love capturing the perfect image for my clients. I see so many different possibilities in Charleston, SC every day! Whether it's capturing fairies, wizards, dogs, or even Santa! It's not just a snap shot for me - it's a composed image of a subject in a still position. I can create fishing as if you were at Brittlebank Park, fairy paintings as if you lived at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens, or even visits with Santa in his workshop!! I see so many beautiful faces and pets while strolling along Folly Beach or downtown Charleston and my imagination is always flowing with brilliant ideas. Capturing the personality of children, families, and animals is what I love to do and I make a snapshot come to life in a beautiful painting. I take a lot of pride in what I do and perfecting an image and subject to its most perfect form is truly an art for me.
