Creating an Oil Painting

Creating beautiful artwork for your home is what I live to do. I love working with people, posing, creating pieces with color harmony and capturing a subjects soul. That may sound strange but there is always that ONE portrait that capures a persons essence - and that is truly worthy of a painting.

Working behind the camera is only a small portion of what I do, though! What most people don't see is the labor of love that goes on once the session is done. I add all the digital artwork, and if I'm lucky enough, then create a beautiful painting of that portrait when commissioned.

I work with oils to create a beautiful masterpiece for your home! MY favorite style painting is what I call a V series.... the angel painting below is just that. The end result is priceless. It's actually difficult to put into words what the oils do to a portrait to enhance it. It adds detail, texture, and is sealed for longevity. I have paintings throughout my studio and it's my primary focus to create one for YOUR home!
